It turned out that the exchange was super comfortable, so I worried for nothing. The office looks reliable. You can only get in with a pass, which of course you have to arrange with them in advance via Telegram. The staff, security, cameras, cash desk — everything is decent. It's a pity there's no office in Kazan, as there's also a request for exchange there.
